I am interested in collaborating within the AgData_Call1 framework by contributing expertise in controlled-environment agriculture, plant physiology, data integration, and experimental design. I seek to join a consortium where I can support data collection, analysis, and modelling activities, strengthen the German–Tunisian scientific partnership and collaborating with other European insitutions.

I am strongly committed to fostering this collaboration that promotes knowledge exchange, shared data infrastructures, and complementary expertise in sustainable agriculture. My goal is to contribute to joint research outputs, training activities, and long-term cooperation.

The Centre of Biotechnology of Borj Cédria is a research-driven organisation based in Tunisia with strong expertise in environmental microbiology, sustainable agriculture, food safety, and molecular biology. Our research activities focus on the interaction between crops, microbes, and environmental stressors, with applications in food security, climate adaptation, and digital agriculture.
We maintain advanced laboratory facilities for microbial analysis, molecular diagnostics, controlled-environment cultivation, vertical farming experimentation, and environmental monitoring.
The organisation has an extensive record of collaboration with European partners through joint projects, capacity-building initiatives, and bilateral research agreements. We also contribute to emerging areas such as agri-digitalisation, microbial modelling, risk assessment, and plant production systems under climate constraints.
Our mission is to advance innovative, evidence-based agricultural solutions and strengthen scientific exchange between Tunisia and Europe. We are highly committed to contributing to transnational consortia and providing unique expertise, data resources, and experimental platforms that complement the strengths of international partners.
