Welcome to the submission system for the Use Cases of the Agriculture of Data Partnership!
This platform is created to gather all important information of the Use Cases that are carried out under the AgData partnership in one common space. UC can only be submitted from a coordinator, who works under an organisation that is beneficiary of the AgData partnership and that has signed the EU Grant Agreement No. 101197332.
Each Use Case needs to be registered and submitted individually. Multiple Use Cases can be registered, entered and submitted by the same person or institution but the corresponding login name has to be always unique.
Submission Deadline: November 20th 2025.
In order to access the submission tool, the coordinator must first have registered the Use Case by following the button "UC COORDINATOR REGISTRATION". After you have entered all registration information, you will receive an email with an activation link. Click on the link to activate the created UC account. You can login afterwards.
Partner organisations (if any) can be added from the account of the coordinator upon successful registration.
For the submission of UCs, please carefully read and follow the “Use Case Submission Guidelines” and familiarise yourself with the other supporting documents. These documents can be found in the download area (left navigation bar under Call Documents). Only online submissions via this platform will be accepted.
Please note that only the coordinator can carry out and complete the submission of a UC. Partners (if any) can only provide a limited amount of information.
