We are looking for academic or technical partners (Universities, Research Centers, or Tech SMEs) specialized in Agroecology, Sustainability Science, or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to join our consortium for Topic 2.
Our project, based in Italy, focuses on a data-driven e-commerce ecosystem for Acheta Domesticus (cricket protein) distribution. We provide:

Real-world Use Case: A digital platform to test and implement predictive models for sustainable consumption.

We specifically seek partners to validate the environmental impact data (Water & Carbon Footprint) and to integrate predictive AI models into our supply chain tracking system. We aim to certify our impact through high-level standards to gain extra points in the tender process.
